What you have posted has been corrupted?  If the fields missing are in 
another database file:
>goto "define database"-cmd shift d
>relationships tab
>click on bottom left [window+] and add the other file(s)

>Set up relationships between the files


If the files/tables were deleted, you will need to set them up again.
