Im currently using a HP dv6000series with windows 7 64bits. I have follow your instruction for updating the latest DigitalPersona software. However, the software itself still not being able to detect the fingerprint reader, why is that? it is working fine with the authentec login software. Is there something that i need to set up at the DigitalPersona software to pick up the fingerprint reader.
