This year, CGO will have two submission deadlines. The first has gone, but the next (Sep 1st) works just as well. Authors of accepted papers will be invited to submit an artifact with all the experiments in the paper to be evaluated by the Artifact Evaluation Committee (this people: https://conf.researchr.org/committee/cgo-2024/cgo-2024-artifact-evaluation-artifact-evaluation-committee). We have prepared a guideline to help in preparing and evaluating artifacts using docker here https://homepages.dcc.ufmg.br/~fernando/coisas/Creating_artifacts_using_docker.pdf.
