From an announcement today here on an ACM organized conference: "We encourage authors to prepare their artifacts for submission and make them more portable, reusable and customizable using open-source frameworks including Docker, OCCAM, reprozip, CodeOcean and CK." I hadn't heard about those until I read that one, but it does sound interesting.
