Dear USENET readers, Upwork sent to me a bad email so I emailed to Upwork a few seconds ago: "On Mon, 12 May 2025, Chris de Upwork dared to email: "Upwork https://support.upwork.com/hc/requests/51865517 Chris (Upwork Help) May 12, 2025, 4:48 PM GMT+1 Hi Nicolas," Dear Chris, That is not my name and it is not English for Nicholas. On Mon, 12 May 2025, Chris de Upwork dared to email: "We have removed your job "[. . .]" because it appears to be misclassified or posted in the wrong place on Upwork. It looks like you’ve posted a public job with a specific freelancer in mind." If it is public then why did you always refuse to show it when logged out (i.e. you showed a message that it is private when I accessed its URL via a different webbrowser which is not logged in).[?] On Mon, 12 May 2025, Chris de Upwork dared to email: "If you already know which freelancer you’d like to work with, you can invite them to apply to a job post by following the instructions here (https://support.upwork.com/hc/en-us/articles/211063518-Send-Invites). [. . .]" I sent it specifically to Théodora Elias Hadad. Cf. 2025-05-12c_Upwork_after_a_friend_used_a_mobile_phone.pdf by you. On Mon, 12 May 2025, Chris de Upwork dared to email: "[. . .] What’s next? Your Upwork account is still active, and you don't need to do anything on your end." Contrarily I continue to wait for you to answer my email to legalnotices[at . . .]Upwork.com de Date: Mon, 12 May 2025 02:07:04 +0200 (CEST) Cf. "I lost a lot of time on 11/05/2025 and 12/05/2025 because WWW.Upwork.com is a buggy website - as a bank confirmed on 12/05/2025 that I correctly entered Visa-debit-card details into this website." say I via Newsgroups: comp.arch.embedded,comp.arch.fpga,comp.lang.vhdl,fr.misc.droit,alt.crime Date: Mon, 12 May 2025 17:18:18 +0200 Subject: Re: Do you use Upwork? Message-ID: <dc0ea39a-056e-a006-9dfe-4595eb2cff70@irrt.De> A bank and I find your refusal to facilitate payments to this [. . . freelancer] via an IBAN (International Bank-Account Number) to be dodgy. Most [. . . similar professionals who perform services for me] are not paid by a Visa card. None whatsoever are paid by PayPal. I am not trying to buy previously used toys off [. . . such professionals] on Ebay. On Mon, 12 May 2025, Chris de Upwork dared to email: "Trust is at the heart of the Upwork community and our Terms of Service are a critical part of creating and maintaining that trust." The many failures you are wasting my time with yesterday and today do not earn you trust. Solve this payment problem by 1:30p.m. tomorrow (i.e. shortly before a SWIFT-international-wire-transfer deadline), or do not be surprised if I would add a criticism about this would-be failure to HTTPS://WWW.Trustpilot.com/users/6749b408033b22922347d506 I shall copy most de this email's body to this USENET thread after a few seconds. Sincères salutations. Nicolas Paul Colin de Glocester"
