The Embedded Muse 500: final issue.

Jack Ganssle just published issue 500 of The Embedded Muse, and said 
that this will be the final issue, as he is retiring "completely", after 
being "mostly" retired for some time.

I am sure that his e-mail will overflow with reactions, so instead of 
adding my own message to that flood I post it here.

Thank you, Jack, for the informative, pleasant, rational, amusing, and 
long series of The Embedded Muse. It will be missed by many, I am sure. 
And best wishes for your complete retirement, may it be happy and long 
continue.
