The Utah Citizen Portal envisions a one-stop, customer centric expe= rience for residents and visitors to interact with government services. Uta= h Code 63A-16-803, Single sign-on citizen portal, requires the portal be op= erational by January 1, 2025. The portal is a collaborative effort among al= l state agencies.

The portal will be a webs= ite that will only store information to facilitate communication and the li= nkages to state agency services. The current agency systems will verify the= identity and continue to provide the agency service. The portal will not s= tore other agency information.

The online p= ortal allows access to current permits, inspections, and development activi= ty. If you would like to submit a permit application, pay fees online, or s= chedule an inspection you will need to create an account and login.
