PAPER SUBMISSION
Please submit extended abstracts (up to 12 pages in Springer LNCS format)=
 via the online=20
submission system (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=3Disbra2018). =
Submission=20
implies willingness of at least one author to register and present at the=
 symposium. The=20
authors should choose one of the following tracks:

Track 1: Submit up to 12 pages in LNCS format for (i) publication of the =
extended abstract=20
in the Springer LNBI proceedings and (ii) invitation to submit a 30-50%-e=
xtended version=20
to ISBRA=9218 special issues of IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Bi=
ology and=20
Bioinformatics, Journal of Computational Biology, Tsinghua Science and Te=
chnology, or=20
International Journal of Bioinformatics Research and Applications.

Track 2: Submit up to 12 pages in LNCS format for (i) publication of an a=
bridged two-page=20
abstract in the Springer LNBI proceedings and (ii) invitation to submit a=
 full-length paper to=20
ISBRA=9218 special issues of BMC Bioinformatics or BMC Genomics.
