Yeah, I have had some equally good results. One kept farting around, I kept telling them that I would give them very bad feedback if they didn’t give me a full refund. They did eventually give me a full refund and I spelt out in the feedback that it took a lot of hassling to get the full refund. They then kept asking me to withdraw the bad feedback and I kept telling them that it would be dishonest to withdraw it because I had just said what had actually happened.
