  Of course you do. *All* networks are *shared* networks for the most
relevant parts. That *some* part isn't shared - as 'the last mile' for
ADSL- does not change this basic fact.

  But some loons apparently think that they have zillions of personal
pipes to all zillions of hosts on the net. Uhhhh ... wait a minute ...,
even those hosts are *shared* resources, bugger that!
