my windows 10 PC has started reinstalling windows 10! It had already 
downloaded and installed windows 10 via the 'free upgrade' option. what 
is going on? there was no problem with it. is there a new version? if so 
why does it have to do do a complete reinstall and not just update 
what's already there like windows has always done! wtf??
