If you have an online store and need someone to take care of the 
security updates and module updates as they come from upstream let me 
know,I have 5 years experience working with the most popular open source 
cart
I did migrations and general updates as they became available,the 
process consisted of checking the website at least once every 3 days 
preforming small updates for security and doing regular upadtes every 
month or so and major updates when the site changes versions

I could adapt to what you have almost,it would suit a manager who 
maintains his own site who is looking for more time processing orders
