Description: Straight Contract  - CMO UAT Tester
The purpose of this project is to implement the new and modified data points related to the Final Rule for 2018 HMDA reporting in order Home Mortgage Retail to remain in compliance.

The CFPB issued a final rule that makes significant changes to Regulation C (the Final Rule), which implements the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA). The Final Rule changes the types of transactions subject to Regulation C, the types of data that financial institutions must collect, and the processes for reporting and disclosing the required data. 

Contract resources that will be on this effort will be required to perform the following activities:
1. End to end testing that will ensure business functions with NetOxygen systems
2. Functional testing that will ensure specific requirements are met and work correctly through all phases of a loan
3. Defect creation/resolution
4. Attend daily meetings on progress
5. Escalate issues when necessary
6. Ensure backup is kept and stored with all testing functions

Qualifications:
- Knowledge and Experience in Mortgage from one of the following areas: Processing, Closing, Underwriting (Required)
- Team Foundation Server (TFS) Knowledge (Nice to Have)
- NexOxygen Knowledge (Requirement)
- Testing knowledge in the following areas: End to end testing, regression testing and/or defect testing (Required)
- Ability to work with developers, technical teams and management to ensure project objectives are being met (Required)
- Ability to execute test scripts/scenarios and document the results for testing and audit purposes (Required)
- Agile Methodology (Desired)
