Job Description:

Wealth Management Digital Business Project Manager:

In this business project management role, proactively lead the phased rollout of wealth management initiatives across private bank, brokerage, trust and financial planning products.  The project manager will manage multiple projects from initial requirements gathering to customer roll-out.  
Responsibilities:
•	Own and maintain project plan for WM Digital deliverables 
•	Lead cross-functional project team including:  channel managers, analysts , contact centers and product managers to define and execute business requirements, testing requirements and internal training and client communication requirements
•	Partner with technology project managers to integrate project schedule and deliverables
•	Partner with business program manager to resolve program level risks, issues and dependencies
•	Facilitate project meetings, set meeting agendas, and track tasks and issues to closure
•	Manage approval process from stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience:
•	10+ years project management experience in financial services working with investment systems
•	Cross-functional project management experience, made up of product management, technology, marketing, compliance, user experience, development, operations and customer service 
•	Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
•	Highly proficient project management skills; a leader who can anticipate potential risks and issues
•	Prior experience managing online and mobile investing projects
•	Highly proficient Microsoft project and sharepoint skills
•	College degree or above (Masters)
•	PMP certification (preferred)
