Yes it can happen. I was diagnosed with ptsd and doing my life history with my therapist we been working backwards to my first real trauma. It happened one day. After my father been trying to get close enough to tickle me. He cornered me between the couch and the entertainment center and started to tickle me. First it was poke here then poke there... then i feĺl to the floor in ball to protect myself, then he continued with both hands. I was laughing and crying and screaming for him to stop. Which he didn't this went on for minutes and then my mother yelled from kitchen to my father to stop ticklingme so much because it would cause me to studder. He then stopped and i wiped my tears and i was angry and stomped off to bathroom because i was about to pee my pants.
