The authors really did a great job. And yeah, it's very traumatic! And he has understandable reactions afterwards in the book. Fantasizing blowing up the school, for instance. That could happen. And, frankly, I would not want Malcolm to have a grudge against me. He might not go so far as physical violence anymore, but I think he can still be just as calculating as he was in the book. 2 years, he connived his revenge. As for Hoshi, I'm sure she'd rather be there but alas, he's got to deal with a therapist instead. Philippe (Gabrielle)
