upload to
virustotal for a check ( there are alternatives to virus total )..

Activate Linux subsystem and install whichever linux or VM within 

virtualbox or vmware or hyper-v

Run the install, or whatever ( if it is a Gui application ) your
Windows linux you must setup first for Gui programs,
