Some glitch caused a printing error on a scan made with Simple Scan and
saved as a .pdf file. I opened the file with GIMP and imported the file.
The file then printed perfectly as an .xcf (GIMP Image) file. 
This made me think of all the times GIMP has worked perfectly on almost
every thing I have used it for. IMHO it outshines MS Paint Shop Pro in 
many ways.
