If you don't like what he says, filter him out.

When we are 'annoyed' by something someone says, we tend to react, both 
'internally' and externally by remarking.

Neither of those are good for us; the annoyance is a minor 'stress 
factor' (undesirable) and the remark reaction makes added baggage to the 
earlier msg, also undesirable.

At least, that's the way it works w/ me, so the sooner I filter out 
someone the better off I am as well as a group.
