I have a Dell laptop on which I have Hiren's BootCD  PE Windows 11 
running after using my Ventoy thumb drive loaded with Hiren's Disk.

How can best can I install Windows 11 permanently from the Windows start 
page I'm on right now?

The laptop IS connected to the Internet wirelessly.
