Keepass has a sync feature that will let you sync databases, as long as
it can open both files. 

KeepassXC has a merge feature that seems to do the same thing as the
Keepass sync.

I had been using Keepass via wine on Linux, but have switched to
KeepassXC since it runs on both Linux and the Mac that my employer
requires I use.
