It's dormant, but like. the topic the group is focused on still lives 
on, so i don't think it's past the point of revivability or anything. 
It could well live again.

(P.S.: Your signature is missing the standard U+20 after the pair of 
U+2Ds, which will prevent others's newsreaders from recognizing that 
it's a signature.)
