Good for him! Obvious sarcasm aside, this is a perfect example of what leftists would describe as "cultural relativism." All cultures are equal, so what might seem barbaric by our ignorant Western standards is just fine when committed by a non-Western culture. Also consider that modern leftism rejects notions of gender and even biology (research Lysenkoism). Maybe this guy, his wife, or both were sterile, or perhaps their gods just hate them. Whatever. As Westerners with a plethora of beliefs, we are not allowed to pass judgment on other people's beliefs. Everything, from forcing non- Muslims to fast during Ramadan to cannibalism is acceptable.
