On a SeaMonkey IMAP mail account, for many years this setting worked 
fine, for me:

In "Server Settings":
   When I delete a message:
     (X) Move it to this folder:
       'Trash' on [Account]

Lately, after some problems/crashes, the account functions work 
normally, but this 'move to' (when you delete a message on the SeaMonkey 
'client') doesn't -- and, on reopening the 'Mail/Newsgroups Settings', 
the 'move-to' folder name has disappeared (thus, the message deleted on 
the client is NOT moved/copied to the server "Trash" folder).

I suspect it may be due to some problem/s in the SM Preferences (in 
'about:config'), but haven't been able to pinpoint any 'suspects'.

Has anyone encountered such a problem, and/or have any ideas about how 
to fix it?
