[Yes sometimes the elderly need to be reminded about backups] Something similar happened a few times in the previous decades, and twice it was due to 'unintended drag'n'drop' (which is one of the main reasons I try to avoid d'n'd). I suppose d'n'd could be used to correct this, but I preferred to copy/delete the involved folders/mails. SM has rules for d'n'd, and they seem to be quite reasonable (including all 'consequences' of a d'n'd), but I find it easy to do it accidentally, so try to steer clear). -- Best, s) alexyu
