If you're asking how to get the search bar, right click in the button or
menu bar[1], select "Customize...". The Search Bar (note, search *bar* -
a textbox -, not search button, both are labeled "Search" there) should
be one of the items available for dragging from the customize window and
dropping into an existing bar, at least when it's not already present in
a toolbar.

[1] Some elements, notably bookmarks in the Bookmarks Toolbar, but also
the Location Bar and the Search Bar itself have their own context menus,
which will not provide the "Customize..." option for toolbars.
