You mean that the New Page button moved with the modified userChrome.css
but changing the number didn't have any effect?

Is your original tab-bar like this?

|+|<...tabs...>|v|

ie, inside the tabs box (.tabs-stack>vbox>hbox), these items (use the
DOM Inspector dev tool for details)

1. new page button, class stack
2. tabs, class arrowscrollbox
3. tab pull-down button, class stack

If there are other objects in the bar apart from the tabs box and the
two buttons, the numbering could differ.
