Navigate to about:config in the SM browser and use the reply-to address
in the search field. This may reveal some historic setting that's
causing the behaviour.

Otherwise, and if it's not set in the identity used to send your email,
maybe there's some setting in your email server (POP/IMAP) that adds the
header?
