I'm not aware of additional requirements, I didn't need to get anything
else. The .mozconfig was:

ac_add_options --enable-application=comm/suite
ac_add_options --disable-dbus
ac_add_options --disable-webrtc
ac_add_options --disable-debug-symbols
ac_add_options --disable-rust-simd
