This for Linux Mint 22 In System Settings > Preference > Font Selection Change Ubuntu Regular to Liberation Sans Regular. I did this for Default font and Desktop font. for Document font I changed to Sans Regular. for Monospace font I change that to DejuVu Sans Mono Book. Window title font I didn't change Barryedwin1 in this topic [The bold text on new messages (linux)] in this forum provided me with what I needed to do.
