Personal preference...
Ublock can block scripts, all, none, or certain ones on specific sites, 
but it's not as easy as doing so with Noscript.
Given the choice, I would much rather use Ublock to allow scripting and 
block url's, ads, and elements.  My QuickJS turns scripting on / off but 
I can't remember the last time I needed to turn any scripting off.
