I know that the Windows 3.x series was last updated in 1993 (then we got boring-old Windows 95), but I'm a bit curious to see if there are any hobbyist programmers out there that are still developing for Windows 3.x. Stupid question, I know, as (without patching, of course), the system can only run 16-bit software. Do you think that it would be possible for Windows 3.x to see a resurgence in developers? I mean, obviously, it wouldn't be in the same league as anything modern, but do you think it could make a comeback?
