  Strange. I wonder why. I know CPU prices have gone
through the roof, but I don't understand that, either.
And that still wouldn't explain your laptop. I also noticed
a lot of i5 and i7 laptops. Good enough to match a basic
desktop, but grossly overpriced. Most of them don't even
have an ethernet port. They're just chintzy notebook-type
devices.
