Why does Acronis True Image, the free Western Digital Edition, have the option to do partition image backups, sector by sector. The default is to have this option disabled, but if enabled, there is a sub-option to include all unallocated disk space? https://postimg.cc/tsFcLjwd So what does the default setting do? And, I read a while ago that sector by sector eliminates any compression? True? Thanks.
