| Subject | Any decent 2in1 ARM-based notebooks that one can install Linux on ? |
| From | Brane 2 <brane331133@gmail.com> |
Something like Lenovo's Flex 5, but for ARM and low cost. Lenovo has Flex 5G, but that costs whopping $1.5K. Can Chromebooks be used in this role ? Or perhaps there is barebone option ? I don't need Win10 models and associated price hike. Is there anything announced with known specs ? I would like to see something with latest-gen ARM and long battery life. Flex 5G would be ideal, if it wasn't so darn overpriced. BTW, out of curiosity, how does Snapdragon 8cx & Co compare with latest-gen Ryzens on native code ( not interested in x86 emulation) ?
