Fuck me.  This is rediculous.  What's a good e-mail provider?
By "good", I mean:

* gratis
* pop3 or imap service
* no presence in a privacy-hostile jurisdictions
* minimal logging
* minimal personal info collected
* not tor-hostile (no captchas)
