I cannot find a user manual or hardware manual on the site.
This is one of the first "must have" items before purchase.
If a manufacturer offers no PDF, I do not buy.

I would verify the 12V @ 5A adapter is working correctly first.

With the cover off the box, as you have done, take your multimeter
to the 2x2 ATX 12V, as you can monitor whether 12V power is present,
using the pins within the 2x2 connector (while the adapter is
connected to the barrel power input).

Power Adapter	12V Power Input, supply 12V 5A power adapter within the package
Auto Power On	Support Auto Power On Function

So the missing connection to the FP connector does not matter,
as it powers up when +12V @ 5A is present. The "SW" appears to be
a "blank" or hole-filler.

There would seem to be no thermal tape for the unit. Heat travels through
the air inside the casing, to the Aluminum chassis fins.

The monitor output should be on the HDMI connector. Connect a 1920x1080
monitor with HDMI input to that connector, apply power to the unit, and
see if you can enter the BIOS.
