Semantic arguments are a waste of time. The point is Real wasn't a
significant threat to Apple, and wasn't a significant factor in Apple's
decision to protect the FairPlay DRM created by Apple and record
companies.

Nope, Real only had 5% of the market *before* they decided to fuck with
FairPlay DRM.
