The ERC Tax Benefit is available to businesses with up to 500 employees whose revenue was negatively impacted due to COVID restrictions at some point during 2019 to 2021.

For your business to qualify, it must:

Have 2+ W2 employees (not including owners)
Have 941's and Quarterly payroll reports
Provide "Gross revenue receipt" amounts
Have followed COVID mandates

Businesses can still qualify even if they profited during COVID. This is NOT a loan and the money can be used at the owner's discretion. Startups and Nonprofits are eligible as well.
