ARSYSTEMS - Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh
Job Designation: Business Development Manager (US Staffing)
Responsibilities:

US Staffing knowledge as a BDM (At least 6 + year)
Excellent communication skills.
Must have prior relationships with Tier-1 Partners / End Clients with a consistent track record of placements with them
Develop new client accounts and handling existing clients (Direct / Tier 1 Partners) for US IT staffing
Worked on TCS/Cognizant/WIPRO type of requirements.
Aggressive and Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
Should be able to work independently work - end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets
Interact with clients on daily basis and identify staffing opportunities to fulfil
Leverage your existing relationships and network to open new business Required Experience
Get involved in complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to placing
Knows all the Tax terms / Work Status in US
Expert level technical recruitment skills
Handle a small team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them
Building accounts with contractor staffing needs and ongoing support
Sharp, articulate, and energetic with a CAN-DO attitude
Job Type: Full-time
